The Club studio features a comprehensive selection of new and well-maintained equipment selected to support a variety of training programs. In addition, our newly renovated Clubhouse house provides members with access to steam, sauna, whirlpool and massage amenities.

Relax in our newly renovated facility. Enjoy a therapeutic massage, steam treatment or warming sauna experience.

 
Members can experience one-on-one training with our certified professional trainers. This offer is for those who are seeking specialized training for weight loss and weight management, strength and endurance training, injury prevention, or sports-specific athletic training. Individual assessment, goal-setting and personal training are available with the following instructors on an appointment basis. Fees are in addition to regular club dues. Sessions available on weekly or monthly basis. Training cost may vary
Golf Fitness – Students will strengthen key muscles groups, improve overall tone and perform regular cardio workouts to support a long-lasting and healthy golf game. Twice weekly.
 
Mobility Matters – Designed for all members which to improve balance and strength. Twice weekly.
 
Group Exercise Circuit – This multi-platform class will include cardio, strength and flexibility training while incorporating spin, Pilates, TRX and yoga elements. Weekly.
 
Walking Group – All fitness levels can enjoy the beautiful Presidio surroundings on these guided, weekly 45 minutes walks. Monthly
 

Wellness Seminar – Attendees will learn about current trends and best practices on a variety of health and wellness topics including nutrition, bone health, posture, and heart health. Class offered once per month. Complimentary to members and guests. Monthly.
